You Need to Brush Your Teeth Before Bed

This is imperative. No debate about that. They feed on the food particles left in your mouth and teeth and grow rapidly. When this continues for a long period of time, they begin to break down the teeth themselves. Coffee is acidic and can harm your teeth if you have it first thing in the morning. Brush your teeth, have some breakfast or at least some water before chugging on that coffee.
